That's a good news (http://cr.yp.to/distributors.html now also mentions DJBFFT
as public domain).

Well, unless Michael stops you saying that he will revert any 
commit with split-radix FFT ;) Split-radix is not the FFT with 
the lowest computational complexity anymore.
