[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Make pp_get_mode_by_name_and_quality accept constant strings

The attached patch makes the pp_get_mode_by_name_and_quality function
(if I have to write the name again I'm probably going to cut my hands
off) accept a constant string as name parameter, this way using it with
-Wwrite-strings enabled and passing a literal won't trigger a warning
(nor would using it with a literal and C++ code, but I know you don't
care about that).
