[FFmpeg-devel] [RFC] replace some static with asm_visibility or so

Hi!

Well shoot me if you want, but I say that FFmpeg is a good, living project 
with active and talented developers, a working infrastructure (servers), and 
a solid project lead. The situation IMHO doesn't look as grim as some 
suggest, and I hope (and believe) the minor personal frictions, that have 
appeared now are going to be solved amicably (and soon).
