... but rethinking at it a lot better solution would be to use
AVOption. The only problem is that ffmpeg.c uses pix_fmt in
AVFormatParameters, which is considered deprecated, read for example:

So I wonder if someone already have some thought to share about a
possible implementation of the elimination of AVFormatParameters.
