the chanegs to mpeg-ps are ok, -ts is maintained by mans and thus requires
approval by him.

Also the EAC-3/AC-3 unclear cases can be detected by CODEC_ID_PROBE
with changes to set_codec_from_probe_data() if you care about detecting
them ...
