[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] [issue 623] error message for unsupported codec in WAVE

Hi,

Issue 623 is that libgsm doesn't work when encoding to WAVE, but
libgsm_ms does work.  The reason is that WAVE doesn't support plain GSM,
only the MS variant.  To help prevent confusion like this in the future,
I propose adding a more specific error message to supplement the generic
"(incorrect codec parameters ?)".
