So windows ce sould disable asm optimisation and there no .type problem 
anymore.

But do we still support oabi ?
I was under the impression that 
https://roundup.mplayerhq.hu/roundup/ffmpeg/issue395 wasn't merged 
because it depends on eabi 8 byte stack alignement.
