That's OK with me, just add a comment saying why the size is that
large exactly. I think there's currently a comment for ASF, you can
probably add the vorbis note to it and increase it to 16kb, and then
use the same size for _parse_rtmp (since that's what it goes into),
and add the same small note about vorbis there also.
