Nononono.  This is not acceptable!  They can take all the time they want
to fix the issues as long as they refrain from distributing the software
in the meantime.  If they don't, 1-2 weeks is a sensible timeframe.

Send them a mail asking for progress and set a short deadline for them.
If they don't react, pass them on to our lawyers.

This reminds me, has everybody been good and signed papers with the SFLC?
