vhook can be disabled at any time, only needs someone who isnt a coward
and dares to press enter after the svn ci ...

i have no requirements in terms of which filters we would need
the requirements i do have are

* filters in svn need to be well implemented, that is at least as good as
  libmpcodecs if there are equivalents
* i will block everything that belongs into libavfilter but is hacked
  somehow into another part (like this patch here)
* things have to pass reviews of course
