besides it has another advantage
mov -streamcopy-> mkv -> player

with mov exporting "width" the player will display h263 in a way that differs
from how it displayed it when playing the mov directly
with ".mov/width" the player can do the croping even with h263 in mkv
though it surely isnt pretty it preserved the information ...
