[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Downgrade warning about skipped metadata packet in FLV demuxer

A few weeks ago Michael disabled the parsing of FLV Metadata packets in
FFMPEG. While there was some discussion about whether Metadata reading
should be exposed as AVMetaData, the metadata code is still disabled and is
generating a noisy error message on every FLV file read:

Given that (a) no one has patched flvdec to fill in AVMetaData and (b) no
one else has complained about an inability to process FLV files, I propose
we downgrade that noisy message to DEBUG. Those of us running FFMPEG in
server would be very appreciative :)

Patch attached for that. Tested on tip of tree and all tests pass.
