[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] AAC: Ignore cc_domain for independent (time domain) coupling

Hi,

Apparently what to do with the cc_domain flag in the case of
independent (time domain) coupling was discussed during round six of
the AAC integration review and it was decided if cc_domain was 0
(BEFORE_TNS) to error out. However, conformance vector al15_44 sets it
to 0 and the reference decoder decodes it without error or warning in
the same manner as if it were set it to 1. This has been addressed on
mp4-tech and was determined to be legal syntax.
