Hmm it doesn't seem to work much here...
at least in ffplay.

files like samples.mplayerhq.hu/nsv/deer-210.nsv doesn't seek at all.
But maybe they don't all have an index, I didn't check yet.

Yeah I know I wasn't awake when I wrote it :p
