The C code that kostya rewrote (LGPL and thus you should be allowed to look
at it)
chooses a func ptr in yuv2rgb.c:ff_yuv2rgb_get_func_ptr
that then does with MMX or C the yuv2rgb.
what it does exactly should be obvious from the C code and the use
of the C code
