Hi,

Sorry I was not going through the whole discussion, but using blame
might cloak some contributions as lot of lines might got rewritten with
cosmetic changes.

I know I contributed lot of big-endian fixes to rgb2rgb.c and do not see
myself on the list.  However, those contributions might got rewritten by
someone else, nor those were such big work, but of course I agree to
LGPL.
