it seems that 13k_fixed_full.qcp and 13k_fixed_half.qcp are not working.
Both file are missing the mandatory vrat chunk though. I'll add a  
workaround
for this one

if you find any SMV in QCP, I'll take them ;)

Also is http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/allsamples.txt up to date?
because those samples are not listed in it.
