Everything is set as normal and then the decoder of course fails. I
believe it's still useful to know type of data is encrypted, so I'm not
sure the best approach to take. Obviously it would be better if it
failed without so many strange errors or refused to decode an encrypted
stream without -cryptkey passed (though I don't think FFmpeg decrypts
FairPlay).
