FYI, I disabled the code in mpegts.c per #ifdef in revision 19788, per 
Michael's request. You can reenable it locally by defining 
USE_SYNCPOINT_SEARCH in mpegts.c.

Did you find some problems with the new seeking code until now? If yes, 
what?
