With this patch applied to add a test is as easy as:
* write the do_lavfi test specification in tests/codec-regression.sh
and the name of the test in the Makefile under LAVFI_TEST
* create the file tests/lavfi.regression.ref and put there the result
of the test
* and finally decomment the lavfitest target in the Makefile
