My main problem with this patch is that we're mentioning in the ff*
man pages a tool which is not usually distributed with FFmpeg.

So the problem is: do we want to install it with the other ff* tools?
And in this case we should provide some prefix for avoiding possible
namespaces clutter and for helping autocompletion.

So the question is: should we install the tools/*, which ones and with
which prefix?
