Here is a Hamstersoft Video Converter http://www.hamstersoft.com/ It uses LGPL ffmpeg libs, and included LGPL license, but after installation it create two files: drv.mv - it's renamerd GPL ffmpeg drv2.mv - it's renamed GPL mencoder Both file compiled with x264 and XVid support and used by converter via pipes.
