hehe, i just debuged the same issue on a different file and fixed it
the same way :(
argh, when i saw your patch ages ago i didnt understand the issue fully
so i left it for later ...
and now i didnt remember and just wanted to go over all other
issues in the code i was just working on ...
failure on my side ...
equivalent change in svn now though :)
