this patch might be incorrect, id need to see the adpcm file to say
for sure though.
But if it can be split into frames then the demuxer or parser should
do it not the decoder.

Many things microsoft did are stupid, but not doing something just because
microsoft did it is even more stupid. If everything ms did were stupid they
