I've sent a whole patchset.

For now it doesn't do any rendering. It only demux subtitles into
packets.
I also plan to implement encoding/decoding to/from AVSubtitle struct
(to allow converting between different text subtitle formats).
But rendering those subtitles on screen is still another totally
different step.
