[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] vorbis_enc.c: higher default quality

The current default quality for ffvorbis is very low, producing a muffled
sound most noticeable on music.
When -aq is specified, quality and bitrate behave as you would expect.

An -aq range of 20 to 50 produce reasonable results.  The default now is
equivalent to -aq10
This patch sets default to quality to 35, producing roughly 128 kbit/s
