To be honest i would avoid mov tags in nut where we have a clean and
systematic tag in nut4cc.txt for it (that is rgb rawvideo.
for non rawvideo using mov where there is no avi tag is perfectly fine)

to fix the issues i think a change in the direction of baptistes patch
may be better. But if this doesnt work out iam not opposed to this here
is there a problem i miss with his approuch?
