[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] allow different input/output buffers for DC filter

Hi,

see attached. Yes, WMAVoice uses different buffers, and thus the
history used to multiply the coefficients with are different for the
two lines. I'm kind of surprised that this isn't the case for AMR-NB /
Sipr also, maybe this is a bug? Wikipedia suggest that the two buffers
SHOULD be different
