[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Interpret empty AMR fmtp attributes as being 1

Hi,

Some AMR fmtp lines contain only e.g. "a=fmtp:99 octet-align", while the 
RFC (as far as I can see) requires the attribute to be explicitly "... 
octet-align=1". With this patch, an attribute with an empty value is 
interpreted as being set to 1.
