iam not saying that failing is intended, no.
what you fight against is some phantom but not me, i did not suggest
anything like that

if you have a 40fps file and transcode that to vcd you must drop
or your file will play in slow motion
because vcds are not 40fps. You can pick dvd, bluray, dvb, ...
its the same

its a bug somewhere, be certain a fix is welcome. I can try to look
into it but iam quite busy so help instead of attacks would be
welcome
