[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] IFF: Merge lots of duplicate code into a single function

I noticed that the patch for the duplicate code alone is pretty long,
though.

So I decided to do it as a separate patch.

This patch creates a static function for byterun1 decoding and changes
decode_frame_byterun1 to use the new static function instead.

This makes code a lot shorter.
