[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] ffmpeg: fail on experimental encoders if -strict > experimental

Hi,

not sure if I'm abusing -strict too much. Even the exprimental encoders should
produce standard compliant output.

Depends on the CODEC_CAP_EXPERIMENTAL patch
