mine definitly does not resume downloads (and wget did succeed resuming)
block google analytics, adsense, ... not as far as i know, yeah these dont
leave a vissual trace like add banners but they serve no purpose except
collecting statistics that the user likely doesnt want collected if he did knew
they are being collected
