I guess you meat to point out "where such license applies only to
those patent claims, both currently owned by Google and acquired in
the future, licensable by Google that are necessarily infringed by
this implementation of VP8". Well obviously; Google can't grant you
license to use patents of other people. Whether such other patents
really apply or not is an entirely different question, nor Google, nor
anyone can say with 100% certainty that no other patents are being
infringed.
