It's two weeks later, but at least I've gotten around to mess with this
some more. Rebased and updated patch attached.

References updated, meaning make fate passes.

There are samples on the ffmbc bug tracker:

They seem to come from the BBC, so I assume they're OK to use. The audio
files don't work, but I have two patches that fix that problem. I
attached both of them.

I've been toying with proper essence container support. Hopefully
that'll allow correct OP1a seeking in the future.
