I haven't seen anyone try that order (suggesting compensation afterwards), so I won't make any promise.
But even if you all don't want to send donation money to the foundation please at least continue to give it a chance by making suggestions (preferably for stuff that otherwise nobody would do or not do as quickly of course), half the developers not taking advantage of it because of grudges or communication problems would be bad.
I should be keeping notes because I forgot which are left, but there are a few interesting codecs left for which we have no decoder (mentioning it because it is the thing that seems most likely to get accepted, and hardest to find people willing and able to do it).
