True. My oops, the critical lines should therefore be:

        int idx = coef_idx[i];
        block[scan[idx]] = (block[scan[idx]] * quant[bink_scan[idx]]) >> 11;

Ok, for now. We'll need to revisit this when the Bink encoder is committed.
