Ah yes, I see I chose my words a bit poorly. It was meant as a genuine
inquiry if that's the document you referred to, since there isn't a
svnpolicy.texi or policy.texi.

This part does not seem to be covered in developer.texi; I'm not
bothered with your rejection of the patch or that you implemented your
own fix in ffmpeg at videolan. I'm more bothered that it did not go
accompanied with a reason for the rejection (other than the implied
"it was wrong"), which you have since addressed (so no more problem).
