Two more issues that look important to me are:
Issue 1999: This is a real-world sample and channel switching works fine for
AC-3, I see it daily on DVB.
Issue 1963: I don't know how Reimar thinks about it, but this blocks making lavf
the default MPlayer demuxer for mpeg-ts.
And I still wonder if issue 1040 is just an invalid file or something goes badly
wrong in the flv demuxer.
