I believe the original contributor used the fbgrab.c code as template
to see how to use the device, for example to see which ioctls to call
and how to use them. Apart from that, there is not much more in
common. Anyway I'll try to contact Gunnar and ask if he has problems
with relicensing, hoping he's still around and fine.

In the meaningwhile we can adopt gpl if you insist.
