A possible idea: -colors in cmdutils.[hc], then a section color.texi,
which looks a bit overkill, or alternatively a misc.texi. I'd rather
avoid to list all the colors in the manual to avoid to make it even

For the other doxy changes, I'd prefer to keep them in a separate
patch for easing integration with the videolan repo.
