I supported bens 3rd suggestion with a "abstain" because it was the least evil
that had a chance for a majority, note that a "No" vote would have made no

I certainly dont agree that limiting voting power to the last 12months
contributors is a good idea. Its just that it was clear i was outnumbered on
this point.

If i become director again and we end up with a more democratically oriented
group of directors then i will make sure there will be a vote on the 12month
limit and i will vote against such limit.

We can even try that now but it will not pass, mans, diego, ronald and ben will
vote against it.
