Fixed. Patch 5/5 needed conflict resolution after, so I'm going to post
an updated version of it too.
I also changed the "if (sample_time < 0) sample_time = 0;" thing to use
FFMAX per patcheck's suggestion.

I'm aware this patch changes the results of the seek test, which I'm not
quite sure how to adjust. We should also add two OPAtom files to FATE
(one audio, one video).
