I'll push this patch soon if no one object.

Thanks to Dave Rice, I got a huge amount of samples to do some more
testing which helped me fixing a few issues. It also confirmed the
timecode is basically always stored as a frame number in MOV, so I'll
stick with the latest version of the patch.

Anyway I have 4 more timecode related patches waiting for this one, which
will be posted as soon as this one is upstream.

    timecode: support >24h timecode.
    doc: add Timecode section in general documentation.
    timecode: string representation can be negative.
    timecode: more tolerant frame rate check for drop flag.
