Doesn't look like a simplification to me, or better, it looks like a
simplification of the SPI donations page, which is excessively verbose
(sometimes with unnecessary information), may need to be better
structured, and contains some conflicting/confusing information
(e.g. with regards to wire transfers).

I'm not sure I like this, since for example this seems to imply that
all donations through bank wire transfers should be done through ffis,
which is the case only for EU-based donors (and is not the only option
even in that case).

I'd better try to improve the SPI page, in order to avoid conflicting
information on the two pages, in the case something changes on the SPI
side.
