[FFmpeg-devel] clarification request. Which list *is* for bug reports then?

Yes, I agree with both you and Carl. I think it's good for people to
check with the mailing lists first (I was thinking of actual bug
reporting, which I don't think I've seen on the mailing lists anyway)
before filing an actual bug report.

It was just a thought. I'm okay without it.
