Mmh, actually we are in "documentation" section, not "contact", where you
can already find the URL to the forum.

I'd actually drop the windows forum URL instead, and rename the
documentation with one of Stefano' suggestion.

Consider the section renamed to "Community contributed documentation" for
now, with the Windows forum dropped.

I'm going to delay the patchset for 1 day. I'll push it in 24 hours, no
point in waiting to much for this, it's not "breaking" anything.
