I in fact did! :)

I've manually edited the ffv1.avi with the hexeditor "Bless" and damaged
some byte blocks by copy/pasting garbage. I've left some space between
the pastes/overwrites to spread the "error".
The resulting file plays (using ffplay), then throws CRC errors and
ill-colored blocks in the video - and then the video halts, while the
playback counter is still running.

Should I upload you the file on my FTP?
