I am looking for someone who understands how to encode user generated
content from a variety of platforms (iOS, Android, web browsers). This
video will be delivered back to an iOS app, an Android app, and to a
variety of web browsers using an adaptive bit rate.

Any suggestions for hiring someone who understands how to encode, upload to
AWS, and deliver to a variety of platforms?
