I couldn't locate either the suggested changes in 1.2 nor a reference to a
fix, that's the reason behind the rfc.

This was initially intended as an rfc not an error report but i would be
more then happy to conduct some further tests to rule out any
possibilities. Would you mind sending me a link to the video sample
brokenCut_issue899.ts as i also can save for any future references? /Thanks
